One of the roles of the HEASARC within the VAO collaboration has
been to ensure the operational quality of VO tools and services. As
part of this we periodically check Cone,SIA,TAP, and SSA
services within the Virtual Observatory to assess compliance with
existing standards and help ensure easy interoperability.

Congratulations. We are pleased to inform you that our latest tests
indicate that all services at your center are compliant. Thank you for
your careful attention to the VO standards.  While this does not ensure
that there are issues that we have not detected, and focuses primarily
on the syntax of responses rather than semantics, having compliant
services enables a robust VO environment.
